We take part in the analysis and conception of new urban scenarios, implementing environments that are already planned, or fostering a transformation towards alternative proposals of uses and arrangements that facilitate new developments or ideas for revivification of urban spaces, either consolidated or pending of consolidation. We deal with the whole process, from the conceiving of proposals to their development and implementation.
We develop and manage construction projects for either new construction, remodeling or refurbishing, as well as urbanization or improvement of public spaces. Our work comprises from the initial general formulation of the project, analyzing and interpreting customer needs and incorporating technical or environmental requirements, up to the resolution of the ultimate constructive detail. All this work is carried out in a project-like process, in which we strive to contribute, debate and share ideas. We understand the process of construction as a complex process, which, without underestimating its inherent rigour, gets enriched by the contributions of different agents and professionals from other disciplines who take part in it.
We advise and escort developers, investors and operators in any kind of proposal related to real estate. We collaborate in the initial conceptualization, we analyse and guide the whole process of developing the business plan, while facilitating and delimiting the economic and financial framework of the operation, and guiding its execution. We like to advise, but we like even more to get involved with the implementation and to demonstrate the feasibility of our proposals.
We cooperate and execute rehabilitation projects, which require different types of interventions on existing buildings, and we work to define the appropriate actions to enhance the architectural and heritage values of each one of them.
Our main objective is to comply with structural safety, improve spatial functionality and maintain the historic character of the building, as well as to provide a better response to accessibility. On the other hand, we see refurbishment as an opportunity to improve the energy performance of the building to make it more efficient and sustainable.
To this end, we collaborate with several professionals who carry out exhaustive studies on the current state of the building and develop projects that guarantee the fulfilment of all our values.
